At Whisper Cove, every cocktail has one. Some started with a wild idea, others from a happy accident behind the bar.
Like the Geisha—a cocktail that almost didn’t exist. We were messing around with flavors one night, trying to balance something delicate yet bold.
Every sip at Whisper Cove tells a cocktail story. Some are inspired by people, some by culture, and a few by late-night experiments that somehow turned out amazing.

Kartu Uno
Warisan
Warisan is a tribute to tradition that continues to grow. Peppercorn-infused gin, Balinese fruit cordial, yellow pear, and local spices come together with fresh citrus. Bold, zesty, and precise, it honors the past while moving confidently forward.
Sweet Escape
Sweet Escape is the moment when the night slows down. A gentle twist on the Espresso Martini, it blends spiced rum, Kintamani coffee, soybean, and taro into a soft, dessert-like comfort. Creamy, nostalgic, and calm, it is made to help you unwind and rest.
Pesisir
Pesisir captures the slow rhythm of the coast, where time feels softer and lighter. A fresh twist on the Mojito, it blends white rum, lime, mint, lychee, and salted coconut citrus soda. Clean, breezy, and refreshing, it is made for easy, unhurried moments.
Asap
Asap is a slow, smoky ritual that settles into the room before a word is spoken. Built on a dark Negroni style, it blends mezcal, vermouth, port, and Campari with soft citrus and Palo Santo smoke. Deep, reflective, and aromatic, it is meant for quiet moments.
Kakao
Kakao is quiet indulgence, refined and unhurried. Cacao butter–washed vodka, chocolate absinthe, and white vermouth create a smooth, creamy depth with gentle bitterness and salt. Dark, elegant, and balanced, it is made to slow the night and linger softly.
Kacang
Kacang is comfort with an edge. A modern take on the Boulevardier, it blends peanut butter–washed whisky, Campari, and sweet vermouth into a nutty, creamy, bitter-sweet balance. Familiar yet bold, it unfolds slowly and leaves a rich, composed finish.
Senja
Inspired by tea time, Senja is a quiet afternoon ritual before nightfall. Green tea gin, barley shochu, lemon, yuzu, and matcha create a calm, balanced drink, meant to be sipped slowly as daylight fades into evening.
Kembang Sari
Kembang Sari is a delicate, floral expression that begins with fragrance. Apricot- and peach-infused gin meets jasmine, calendula, and citrus, lifted by sparkling tonic. Light, fresh, and fleeting, it blooms softly and leaves a gentle memory behind.
